All of our pieces are made by hand and require a varying production time of 6-8 weeks before the items are shipped to you. In order to create a custom piece that will fit you perfectly and made according to your wishes, please keep in mind it may take a bit longer, but nevertheless we will be constantly informing you of the process along the way. If you want to rush your order, please contact us prior your purchase, as well as for any additional questions.
โข We will put your piece into production once the payment is received.
โข The production usually takes approx. 6-8 weeks. Some items may require more days to be finished, depending on the availability of stones and complexity of the design.
โข If sending as a gift, please provide us with the address of the recipient and with your personal message to the recipient. We will send it directly to them with a gift card and wrapping.
We are located in Slovenia, Europe. We send products internationally throughout the world. Items are fully insured and sent worldwide with express shipping and require a signature upon delivery.
If a package gets lost, is stolen or in any other way ends up not being delivered to the customer, all our packages are 100% insured which means we will (in instances stated above) remake the product once more and deliver it in to the customer in a timely manner.
The package will be sent without any extra expense to the customer.

Los artรญculos que tienen el certificado GIA mencionado en su descripciรณn vienen con el certificado GIA. Los diamantes deben tener mรกs de 0,35 quilates por pieza.
Los diamantes de talla elegante vienen con certificado EGL, IGL o IGI. Los diamantes deben tener mรกs de 0,4 quilates por pieza.
El informe brinda detalles sobre el corte, la claridad y el peso en quilates, junto con las medidas y otra informaciรณn adicional que confirma la autenticidad y la calidad del diamante.
Puede elegir entre una variedad de formas y cortes de diamantes (brillante, pera, marquesa, princesa, ovalado, etc.).
El GIA clasifica los diamantes en una escala de D (incoloro) a Z (color claro). Los diamantes que seleccionamos para nuestros diseรฑos corresponden a los colores G o F, lo que significa que son casi incoloros y solo un gemรณlogo profesional puede detectar la diferencia entre los colores.
Prรกcticamente todos los diamantes naturales contienen pequeรฑas imperfecciones en su interior, llamadas inclusiones, o en su superficie, llamadas imperfecciones. La claridad se refiere al grado en que estas imperfecciones estรกn presentes. En la escala de diamantes incluidos a impecables, los diamantes de nuestros diseรฑos se clasifican como VS o VVS, que significa "muy poco" o "muy, muy poco incluido". Las inclusiones son menores y solo son visibles con una lupa y no a simple vista.
